Client Bobbie Yauger was staying at a popular hotel in downtown Seattle when she fell down the outside lobby stairs. She landed on both wrists, breaking each of them, and suffered a mild concussion or traumatic brain injury.

Rebeccah Graham was able to show how the stairs were dangerous and defective. After filing suit, the hotel settled Ms. Yauger’s claim for $375,000.
